Meet Our Founder

Our founder, Sophia Spier, discovered a gap in startup marketing during her sophomore year of college while interning at Torch Collective in Nashville. Working alongside early-stage founders, she noticed a recurring problem: pre-revenue startups couldn't afford a full-time marketer or agency, but didn't have the time or skills to do it themselves.

So she built the solution. After helping Torch Collective members with pitch decks, photography, and graphic design, Sophia created Scintille — a cheaper, more personalized marketing option built specifically for founders in that in-between stage.

What started as a passion project is now a full studio. If you're ready to make yours real too, we'd love to meet you where you are.

She understood the real gap‍ ‍for small business owners:

81.9% of small U.S. businesses operate without employees. These founders need execution, not more strategy decks. A fractional marketing partner who handles the deliverables fills a real and painful gap.
